The Riverfront Experience
CampEquinox offers a sanctuary—a brief respite.

Our mission is to provide a restorative experience where you can pause, reflect, and realign your personal and professional aspirations, all in an environment conducive to healing and growth.
Activities are thoughtfully curated to nourish mind, body, and spirit. Engage in guided self-reflection, join in group discussions with peers, or immerse yourself in a long bike ride or a solo walk along the wild and scenic Atlantic coast. Optional yoga and breathwork sessions offer further opportunities for relaxation and renewal.
Evenings at CampEquinox are a celebration of community and connection. Gather around the firepit for spirited conversations, enjoy a relaxing game of croquet, and help prepare and then savor a communal meal crafted with local flavors and shared stories. Greet the next day with sunrise yoga, explore artmaking classes, or simply linger over your coffee, maybe for the first time in a long time.
We understand the importance of balance. Whether you seek solitude in nature or camaraderie with like-minded colleagues, CampEquinox offers you an opportunity to rest, restore, and renew your commitment to the priorities that matter most to your work and to your one wild and precious life (nod to Mary Oliver!). CampEquinox is informed by the DRAMMA model. Learn more here.
So, we invite you to step away…if only for a few days. To embrace tranquility and rejuvenation in the tiny town of Columbia, North Carolina, along the banks of the slow-moving Scuppernong River, and just a short trek to the wild Atlantic seashore.
Join us late in the day on Thursday, April 24 through midday on Sunday, April 27. Clich here to register. PLEASE NOTE: There are only 12 spaces available.
