TOWARD A BOLDER DIALOGUE: A workshop
let’s investigate together today’s timely & courageous questions
If ever there was a moment to articulate the why behind what we do, that moment is now. Our organizational resilience, indeed, our strength correlates directly to the clarity of our purpose, our intention, our why.

It’s through engaging around courageous, generative questions like these that we gain such clarity. Try any of these as an entry point:
-
Why does what we do matter, and for whom does it matter?
-
What business are we truly in, what are we trying to accomplish?
-
What are we doing out of habit, or simply because we’ve gotten good at it?
-
What needs to change for us to better serve to the world around us?
This is a time to be resolute, centered, bold, and unified enough to ask some of the courageous questions this moment calls for.
If these questions feel timely—if they resonate as starting points for worthwhile conversations—we’d love to connect with you.

Over the years, we’ve learned a good bit about designing and facilitating spaces for bold, inclusive inquiry, both in person and virtually. Asking courageous, timely questions isn’t just something we value—it’s a hallmark of our work.
We’re hosting a 60-minute interactive conversation, Toward A Bolder Dialogue on March 18 from 1:30pm - 2:30pm ET, where we’ll discuss ways to approach this work in your organization. Who to include, what to do in advance, how to structure the time together, etc. It’s free, yet you must register. Knowing how many will be in attendance will help us design a worthwhile session.
