IMPETUS is a learning space where we examine and improve our leadership practice. IMPETUS offers virtual engagements, onsite residential gatherings, and special projects, all designed to facilitate peer learning.

 

We have a lot we can teach each other. IMPETUS is a place to share our lived experience and the lessons we’ve learned; to identify the big questions that trouble us; and to clear new pathways for moving forward.

 

A place where we model for one another precisely what’s required to lead in our complex, dynamic, and ferociously changing world: to behave in ways that bring people together to move things forward. That’s the one job we all have now.
