For more than a decade, CAELI brought together 25 leaders each year for a rich, immersive learning experience. But the true heart of the program was always the people in the room. You created a community marked by openness, curiosity, generosity, and trust. You brought energy to every conversation, laughter to every gathering, and a spirit of shared learning that shaped the experience for everyone involved. CAELI became what it was because of you.

We want to give you that opportunity again. CAELI Refresh is a half-day immersive virtual learning community where we will:
 

• Share lessons learned from the field over the past 5-15 years

• Reconnect to our core values and the things that matter most to each of you

• Hone our communications in ways that express curiosity and empathy

• Deepen our reflective practice as a critical leadership responsibility

• re-Build community by working together on shaping our leadership in ways that bring people together tp move things forward
